Job Description and Responsibilities :

  • Welcoming on-site guests, determine nature of business, and announces guest to appropriate personnel;
  • Handling all incoming and outgoing call and arrange schedule meeting;
  • Assist administrative assistants with clerical duties to include faxing, copying and organizing/maintaining files;
  • Other duties as assigned;

Job Requirements:

  • have a positive attitude and polished
  • Good interpersonal skills and excellent verbal communication skills;
  • Multitasking capabilities;
  • Excellent typing skills (word processing) high level of proficiency with general office PC applications (i.e MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint) and comfort with learning new required;
  • Good English both Oral & Written
