We are looking for a seasoned Legal Counsel with extensive experience managing financial services companies particularly the banking industry, to manage the group holding’s relevant business entities.

Description
- This Legal Counsel role will be responsible for the end to end process of all legal matters either in the group holding or the other respective business entities
- Responsible for providing relevant legal advice and guidance
- Reviewing and drafting contracts & agreements
- Ensuring compliance values are met
- Liaise with relevant government regulators
Profile
- Must have at least 7 – 10 years of working experience as a Legal Counsel
- Law firm experience in managing banking clients
- In house experience in the financial services industry, particularly the banking world
- English proficiency is a must
- Strong knowledge and network in the banking sector
- Extensive negotiation skills is an advantage
- Able to meet deadlines that are given, in a proper manner
- Firm and structured delivery
